Human-First Healthcare

Emerging from the pandemic, UK and US healthcare systems faced daunting backlogs in elective procedures, plus a staff burnout crisis. Working with Fuzzy Studios, I co-facilitated a design thinking initiative that brought designers and healthcare staff together to generate 10 initial concepts for solutions, documented in a white paper, "Human-First Healthcare."
