Hi! I'm Daisy. I'm a strategist and service designer out to make people's lives better.

Over the past 10 years, my work has spanned innovation strategy, service design, customer research, marketing, and project and people management. I've engaged nurses and doctors in creating solutions for healthcare staff burnout, developed strategies for putting residents at the center of UK social housing decarbonization efforts, and built a marketing function to support a national workforce development nonprofit in closing the US opportunity divide. You can see some of my work here. 

I love helping teams and organizations put people at the center of their work, and making a real difference for the customers, students, housing residents, patients, and staff they serve.

I also love hiking and pancakes! I'm based in Minneapolis, making regular visits to Boston and the SF bay area.
